In Highseason periodes heeating and electricity are included in the rent

In the Midt- and lowseasons periodes fees for heeating and electricity will be added to the rent.

The Cleaning of the house when leaving, will be taken care of by a local lady and is mandatory. The price is 100€ and will be added to the rent.

Prices 2 weeks/month 

  1. Two weeks 4.500€
  2. Two weeks 3.000€/month 4.000€
  3. Two weeks 1.800€/month 2.500€
  4. Two weeks x-mas/new year 3.000€. (no deduction) If other holidays is within a longer rental periode it will be the original price for the periode that counts.
